The item must be unworn with tags still attached. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item.
You are responsible for all shipping cost on any returns.
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed or put through a dryer
- Item must NOT have excessive wrinkling. Will be denied.
- Item covered in animal/human hair or make-up will NOT be accepted
- Item must NOT have any odour (cologne, smoke, detertgent) or deodorant marks/stains WON'T be accepted.
The item should be returned in original weatherproof packaging. If they arrive damage from shipping in a paper package, they are NOT refundable.
